12oz can received in a trade from awhile back.... pours a slightly hazy golden brown with a thin soapy white head.... aroma more berry in nature with wheat like qualities.... watermelon presents itself moreso in the flavor with some sweeter grains and malt. medium level of carbonation. drinkable and somewhat refreshing. 5/3/6/3/11

I really like this beer. Light aroma of watermelon in the aroma. The watermelon is very clearly there, but it’s not overly sweet, with a dry finish on the tongue. Have brought this a couple of times and will be buying it again for sure. Nice refreshing and light.

The best wheat beer I have ever had, and one of the top fruit beers. Light nose of flour, rind and minerals. Flavor is a very smooth and unoffensive wheat, with a speedbump of weird vegetable right before the watermelon starts. When it does, however, it just cleans the palate with a mild tartness and small burst of flavor. All sketchiness of the preceding flavors are made up for. I can’t wait to try Watermelon Funk.

Bottle, thanks to WeeHeavySD! Pours a hazy gold with a thick foamy white head that lingers. Aroma of malt, yeast, fruit juice, sugar, and a hint of something soapy. The watermelon flavor comes through better in the taste, very juicy, both sweet and a little tart, with malt and wheat. Lingering crisp juiciness that’s a bit watery. Weird.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a yellow color with a small white head. Has a wheaty malty aroma with some hints of watermelon. Sweetish wheaty watermelon flavor. Has a sweetish wheaty watermelon finish.

Canned from WeeHeavySD. I can actually smell the watermelons in this, surprisingly. It is very very candy-like and sweet though, reminding me mostly of those watermelon sour-patch kids that aren’t actually sour at all. Slightly wheaty but mostly sweet flavor, with an interesting middle note of caramel that works very well, but it is hard to escape that artificial tasting sweetness. I did actually enjoy this somewhat, but I doubt I will ever want to drink it again.

Can courtesy of WeeheavySD. Thanks! Been looking forward to this ever since I saw the can. Hazy soft gold, fluffy white head. Watermelon juice and limestone on the nose. Juicy melon comes through in the finish and follows the dry wheat refreshingly. Great camping, great palate cleanser after an infected beer, thirst quenching, sessionable, sharable. This beer really accomplishes many things.

Light golden cloudy color. Faint aroma. Was suspicious of the flavor but very drinkable. Watermelon flavor is very evident but not overpowering. Would be great on a hot day. Could use some maltiness as its a bit watery.
