Hazy color. Gold. Very subtle melon aroma, the malt over powered it. I felt it had a bit too much of a wheat/ doughy flavor that over powered the melon taste. Would be good outside on a hot day. I expect a small slice of melon served with the beer would make the flavor really pop.

Pours hazy canary with 1-finger off-white head. Nose is pale malt, hopcitrus, slight watermelon juice. Tastes of slight watermelon, not a strong component, plus pale malt, mild hops. A decent summer beer, but only average technically and overall. Still, you don’t see watermelon beers much, and I truly enjoy them in the summer. I just wish this one had more watermelon flavor.

Hazy gold with a bright white head. Aroma is a bit sour with strawberry notes, and a small hit of sulfur. Surprisingly, taste is very identifiable as watermelon, and there is a nice biscuit flavor into the finish that is somewhat cheapened by a tomato aftertaste. $3/12oz can

Light amber. Thick head in a plastic cup. Kind of an oaty Belgian scent. Watermelon starts faint and builds through the finish. Weird and wacky. I would not have thought that watermelon would be strong enough for a fruit beer. Still might be hard to place the flavour in a blind test. Lacks much in the way of wheat beer character. Not cloudy or wheat flavoured.

12 oz can. Cloudy yellow brown with a quick settling white head. Nose is dough and faint watermelon. Sharp carb, kind of creamy. Taste is banana, wheat, watermelon, pear and lemon pith. Slightly bitter, chalky finish.

Can: Vague baby food and clove aroma. Yellow with very fine floaties., no head. Flavor is wheat and watermelon rind, not the good part. Unique, but sickening. I’ve often thought that watermelon would be a good flavor for an alcoholic beverage, but the reality is it doesn’t work. The sugars break down too easily. Leave a cut watermelon out for 24 hours and you’ll see what I mean. A for effort but this was gross.

Can. Pours a golden body with a thin white head. Sweet end of the watermelon white pink part subtle and simple. A bit spritz y like seltzer. Eh.
