1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20
Looks like cloudy lemonade with a thin white head that fizzled out quick. Smells like a skunky watermelon rind with some typical wheat characteristics. I don’t taste anything but watermelon rind. It’s slightly sweet and finishes dry and grassy. Thin body. If it was ice cold it might be refreshing on a hot summer day. That would make it as good as any other domestic pig swill. Boston Beer Works Watermelon was the best representation of a watermelon fruit brew. At about $9.00 a sixer, I would pass and buy some Coors light for less.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
2016/09/24 - Pours a hazy pale straw colour with a soapy white head that quickly reduces and leaves no lacing. Aroma is cereal, corn, hay, melon and light vegetal notes. Taste is corn and hay up front, wheat, light citrus and finishes with vegetal and melon. Mouthfeel is light to medium with average carbonation and sharp, slightly metallic finish. Ok.

Can from Whole Foods Market in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is mild corn funk, hay, watermelon. Taste is light corn husks / hay with a nice watermelon finish. Wish it was a little more crisp but a good, refreshing effort.

from Bier-Bienne; canned - cloudy orange beer with no head retention; delicate aroma of watermelon and oranges; some sweetness, moderate malt backbone, subtle carbonation, decently dry; pretty tastless; short aftertaste of apples, hay and watermelon

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours light yellow with medium head. Aroma: like a typical lager beer, with no melon and little wheat aroma. Taste: here the subtle watermelon is definitely present, besides that some wheat taste and light hoppy palate. Ok session beer for hot days. Too one-dimensional to my taste.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Almost clear, if not. Very, very pale greenish straw color. Icy white head. Gourdy, low bittering (but it builds.) Slight mineral notes, implied salinity, dry honeydew. Limp body, moderately astringent finish along with muted vanilla at the very end. Meh. On tap, Brass Tap Midtown Tallahassee.

12 oz can. The color is a hazy straw yellow that was poured with a quickly dissipating white head. Ample carbonation helps maintain a thin lace ring. Light melon aroma and taste that improves as the ale warms.
