A classic American wheat beer using fresh watermelon. Straw-colored and refreshing with a kiss of watermelon aroma and flavor.

Good beer. Apparently I enjoyed this beer more than must. Aroma on lighter side with hints of bread and Easters. Taste begins slitly watermelony then finishes like a white beer.

Pours a merky gold. Nose is rathe blah. Big melon taste on the front end, typical wheat finish. Good for what it is, nothing special. Would be well served at a summer party with watermelon to brave BMC kids looking to branch out for the first time.

12oz can. Pours murky golden with a fizzy white head. Not overly carbonated. Aroma is of wheat, watermelon, and not much else. Taste is of watermelon. A lot of watermelon. Not artificial watermelon, either. There is also wheat. Not much else. Lingering juicy watermelon taste. Very light, but not watery. Aas it warms up, it starts to taste like a jolly rancher. Not horrible, but not something Iíd want to revisit.

Can and served in nonic pint glass: Straw yellow with fizzy head. Grainy and DMS issues, weak watermelon on the watery palate. Meh... maybe when it is 90 out could I enjoy this... likely not.

Hazy yellow pour with white head. Sweet citrus, wheat, watermelon aroma. Light malt body, more watermelon than I anticipated but not offensive. Decent combo, works together just not my favorite style. I had this about two years ago straight from the can, definitely better out of a glass on a warm day with a burger. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

At Rockwells. I get it but it just isnít my kind of thing. Was it made well for the type? Maybe but someone more into this would be the better judge. Serving: Tap

UPDATED: APR 11, 2015 Light and crisp. Flavor is ok but nohing to rave about. Mildly sweet melon flavor with a slightly bitter finish. My one friend summed it up well by calling it a high class bud with melon flavor. Not what I look for in a wheat beer. Decent beer that could be quite refreshing on a hot summer day. I personally prefer other wheat beers that I will be counting on over this.

Can. Didnít pour it so canít speak to appearance other than itís a cool can and name. Fizzy mouthfeel. Not sweet like other fruit beers. You can taste the melon upfront and it is quickly replaced by some hop bitterness. This one didnít do it for me. Iíve liked all their other beers that Iíve tried but wasnít sure what the point of this one was.

Pours pale yellow with a foamy white head and some spotty lacing. Aroma of stale hard cheese, watermelon, grain, and watermelon rind. Taste is watermelon candy, some other mild fruity notes, wheat, and cereal. Light body, nice carbonation. This was a 4-month-expired can so I gave it some benefit of the doubt, but I can imagine this would be nice in the summer when itís meant to be consumed.

On tap at Sage, Brooklyn. Pours pale yellow with white head. Wheat and light to medium watermelon. Refreshing. Not overly sweet and quite interesting.

Poured from 12 ounce can purchased as part of mix 6 pack from Delhi Walgreens. Slightly hazy yellow hue. aroma has some watermelon notes but mostly smells like watermelon rind, crisp wheat/tangy flavor with some watermelon character. Nice hot weather refresher. Tasted on June 29, 2014.
