Very light color and aroma, almost no head at all, slightly sweet watermelon taste on the finish. More water than mellon. Overall not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at April Brews Day, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp watermelon and nothing else. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp watermelon notes dominating. For what it is, it’s quite nice. Solid.

Draft - Light watermelon and pale malts. Hazy gold yellow with a decent white head. Light sweet watermelon. Bad juice.

Type: 12-oz. can Glass: Modern Times willybecher pint glass From: Barons in Alpine, Calif. Price: $8.99 for a 6-pack Purchased: April 22, 2016 Consumed: April 23, 2016 Misc.: Enjoy by June 30, 2016 I’m a sucker for fruit beers and really don’t look at the ratings or reviews beforehand. Picked it up for a party and nobody had any of the six. Have been wanting to try this for some time now, but kind of think I will be disappointed. Poured a yellow, golden, clear color with 1-to-2 fingers of off-white, fizzy head. Lots of bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass. Minimal wet lacing. Minimal retention. (Sight - 2.75) First thought on the smell was not much watermelon. When digging in got vomit, hay, grassy hops, hints of watermelon, corn, bread, earthiness and Cheerios cereal. (Smell - 2.75) Tasted a bit better than the nose, getting that watermelon first. Not as potent as Ballast Point’s Watermelon Dorado and I kind of like that in some regards. Also got candied Jolly Rancher candy combo of watermelon and strawberry, honeydew melon, hints of cucumber, grassy hops, hay, manure, Cheerios candy and bread. (Taste - 3.00) Light body. Thin texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt finish. OK for the summer I guess. (Feel - 3.00) This just didn’t do it for me. Bummed that nobody had this 6-pack that I bought for my daughter’s party and I now have to drink the other five. (Overall - 3.00) 2.93 68 C

Light smell of watermelon and cereal....taste isn’t as sweet or bold as expected... The watermelon flavor is light...like someone took a blowpop and swirled it around in a neutral beer for a bit...the beer base doesn’t shine in any particular way...lightly cereal-y...drinking faster enhances it..one dimentional

Overall, an interesting beer. The watermelon doesn’t overpower it, this tastes like a wheat beer, with a slight to moderate hint of watermelon. Not much in the smell department, but I can forgive it that to an extent. It’s a nice beer for warm weather if you don’t want something ’extremely’ sweet or hoppy.

Pours a two finger white head that fades quickly leaving no lace. Hazy straw color. Light-medium carbonation and light-medium bodied. Faint watermelon and hop nose, flavor is light funky watermelon, slight hoppy finish. $2.49 for a 12oz green can from Julio’s Liquors Westborough, Ma. Best by Jun 2016.

This just isn’t my kind of brew. It is a beautiful pour...bright, clear yellow. Aroma is subtle watermelon. Taste is also subtle...It is pleasant, just not my thing. No bitter. Low ABV I think this would be refreshing during the hot days of summer. Nice can art.
