Draft @ 21st Amendment for Strong Ale Month 2008. Poured a hazy deep gold color with an off-white head. Very big sweet watermelon aroma. The flavor had a more palatable amount of watermelon with some wheaty citrus. The finish however was too bitter to go with this beer and made it hard for me to drink. Medium bodied. To date nothing beats their Watermelon Funk.

On tap at the brewery. Why couldn’t they increase the alcohol by 0.2%, so I can make my way to top strong beer drinkers. Lots and lots of wonderful watermelon aroma. Frothy small bubble head. Cloudy amber color. Sweet watermelon flavor. Not harsh. Fun and easy to drink.
