COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The name is a tribute to the hop shortage a few years ago. A imperial IPA aged on oak using Columbus, Centennial and cascades as the bittering hops and dry hopping with Simcoe, Ahtanum, Amarillo, and Cascades.

Poured a hazy gold, white significant head with mild lacing. Aromas of malty hops, citrus, tropical fruit with spicy undertones. Flavors of bitter hops and sweet malts, there are subtle pine notes and citrus. Finish; not very balanced, the alcohol is subtle, slightly fizzy at the beginning...it’s a good beer! I’m can challenged, but know it can be handy in select applications. I’m also not into four packs unless it is epic beer. With that being said, I would not make a habit of buying it!!!

Citrus aroma Burst out right as can was popped open. Cloudy orange golden pour with no head. Citrus lemon orange taste with hops. Very crisp refreshing taste. One of best ipas I’ve had in awhile.

Can. Bright yellow, hazy, lively white head, thick lace. Aroma is citrus and woodsy hops. Pale biscuit malts, oaky sweetness, pithy dry citrus hop bitterness. Very nice.

12oz can served in a pint glass. Very good canned IPA. Reasonably hoppy, not overly so.

Can, courtesy of coldbrewky, big thank you Steve. Orange golden color with thick white head. Strong citrus hoppy aroma with malt in background. Taste, solid malty base, followed with nice hoppy kick, grapefruits, tangerines, orange zest, tropical fruits, pines, wood. Long mellow hoppy bitter finish. Alcohol is very dangerously hidden. Very nice.

Cloudy yellow straw color with large white head. Aroma of lemon slices. Very lemony orangey almost no carbonation even though it has a huge head. Lots if hop flavor, not much hop bite. Bitter later in lingering finish. Coating mouthfeel.

Another nice one from 21st Amendment. Big hop notes in the aroma, grapefruit, some resin, some burnt flavors possibly due to the can being on the shelf a little too long. Still delicious IIPA

Can. Pours a slightly hazy deeper yellow with active carbonation and a slick thick head. Oily head leaves behind a dense layer of foam that does not separate e to lacing, but slowly drools back into the beer. Lighter side of medium body. Nose of condensed malts with a light bread yeast tone. Bod y is sturdy malts with a bit of grassy hop as a high lofty tone. Body is short and does not linger.

Can bought from the brewery on July 2013. Colour is murky straw. Sweet. Smooth and buttery in mouth. Pleasently hopped, not bitter, even hints of liquorice.

Can. Awesome, explosive citrus aroma with resiny characteristics as well. Medium mouthfeel, and although resiny and high ABV, drinks surprisingly well. I really like this. (from notes)
