A: The pour is a light amber color with a finger’s worth of white head. S: A pretty light nose for an IPA (even if it is an English one). Mostly malts on the nose, primarily of the biscuit and toasted variety with a light floral and earthy hop character. T: There is a surprising amount of alcohol present for a 6% beer, though this dissipates after the first few sips. Lots of earthy hops that provide a moderate level of bitterness on top of the biscuit malt notes. M: The body and carbonation are in the medium realm. The finish is not all that bitter. D: Although the alcohol flavor does dissipate a bit after the initial sip, this one was still pretty middle of the road.

Draft. Amber beer with a dark cream colored head. Malt and floral aroma. Malt and caramel flavor with floral/woodsy hops and grapefruit. Medium bodied. OK bitterness. Malt and floral notes linger with light grapefruit and light pine.
