Lightest in both body and color, made with 100% European Pilsner malt and lager yeast. Crisp clean flavor, nice crisp hop finish. 65IBU

Draft. Golden beer with a big off-white head. Sweet malt and light grass aroma. Rich malt flavoir with light grass and light mineral notes. Medium-plus bodied. Rich malt lingers with light mineral, light grass, and light honey.

On tap at 21A for Strong Beer Week. A nice imperial pils, falls just short of Port Brewing’s Panzer in my opinion, but it’s a similar beer. Golden-straw color with a nice white head. Grassy hop aroma. Flavor is lots of pale malt, good grassy hops to balance, and a little graininess. Nice fairly full mouthfeel for the style.
