May 28, 2004 Tap@21st Amendment Brewery, restaurant and bar under the name "Mission Bay Maibock", bready sweeet malts, dryish finish, a little unconvincing, but drinkable.

Apr 20, 2002 Strong hop aroma for a Maibock but with only 25 IBUs. The aroma is much like St. Ides minus a few phenolic elements. Tastes primarily malty with strong cookie/cracker flavor and a distracting malt liquor metallic element at a low-medium effervescence. Tastes lighter than 6.2% ABV.
