Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. light malt aroma. Citrus flavor with light malt and light mineral notes. Medium-light bodied. Citrus and light malt lingers with light mineral.

On tap at the restaurant. A lighter pale ale at 23 IBU, why? Neutral aroma. Yellow with a small amount of head, sheets of lace. Light grapefruit. Tastes a lot higher bittrness than it is. Carbonation a bit aggressive. Ginger-ale like finish that makes it not very drinkable.
