On tap at Rose & Crown. Reddish and clear in appearance with a one-finger off-white head. The aroma shows sweet malts, caramel and biscuit, with some nutty notes. The flavor falls somewhere between an Irish red and an American amber, with caramel and biscuit, and not much hoppiness to it, just a slight earthy note. Medium-bodied with average carbonation. Not very exciting but not bad.
