COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Clean malt flavor with spicey bitterness and floral hop aroma. One hopped beer, made with Amarillo hops. Brewed by the great Journeyman brewer, Mike Pawlicki with the 21st Amendment's star assistant brewer, Mike Donahue. Like the Phoenix, Mike Pawlicki will rise out of the ashes!

Cask. Call me a sucker for Amarillo. Amber beer with a pillowy off-white head. Big apricot/summer fruit aroma. Sweet summer fruit (amarillo hop) flavor with some resin and a bit of caramel backing. Nice.

This is a nice, golden/amber looking beer. Nice medium head, with super nice lacing. It’s fairly mild in the hop department, but still has plenty of bite. Totally nice, fruity fresh flavor. Perfect for a blistering 60 degree summer day in San Francisco.
