Draught at the brewpub. Hazy nut brown, small head. Roasty and yeasty, Sweet with clean, but mellow and syrupy mouthfeel. Some resiny hoppiness finishes this unrefined ale off.

Feb 19, 2006 Light brownish-amber colour. Vaguely caramelly character. Strong chocolate presence tries to obscure caramelly, grainy notes. Fusels come in about halfway through. There is a hint of crisp hops late.
