Appearance: Pours a clear copper with an 1/8 inch cream colored head. Aroma: A distinctive fruity/floral aroma with a touch of spice. Taste: Bready malt and spicy fruity yeast. Mouthfeel: Fizzy. Overall: Not bad, very easy going. I would pair this with a beef dish. It isn’t a bold dubbel by any means.

(On tap) Beautiful, clear amber with a small, off-white head. Aroma of yeast and fruit. Body comes medium with a lightly roasted malt profile - again with notes of fruit and yeast, but - not so typical for the style - it’s fairly dry. Dry finish also, but for once at 21st not very bitter. 190307

Draft. Great copper color with a nice off-white head. Nice phenolic, spicy aroma. Banana, spice flavor with malt backing. Slightly thinner body. Linger banana. A bit too much banana.
