COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for the Selby Shot Tower (circa 1864) at First & Howard Streets. Deep black color, sweet coffee aromas, pleasant roasty flavors.

Exceptionally balance and clean, No malt astringency. Noce dry raosted mocha and espresso body. great mouthfeel full and round. Creamy and soft with some brownsugar and toffee notes. Extra clean finish. A very quaffable stout.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2004 Draft. Dark in color, (duh). Roasted malty taste with tons of nice coffee thrown in. Won a Silver at GABF, I don’t know how.

very light aroma with hints of sweet creamy coffee, very roasty almost a smokey tinge to it, rather heavy but almost too easy to drink, wasnt very bitter
