Can from GE Express. Pours hazy golden yellow with quickly dissipating, fizzy white head. Kind of funky nose with coriander, thyme and grass, some other spices. Bread and crackers with a tart, earthy undertone throughout and well into the after. Herbal and dirty hops linger throughout. Nice little, earthy saison

Can. Golden with white. Flavors are herbal, grassy and spice with lighter saison touches. Aroma is fresh hop with saison back tones.

12 oz can. Pours hazy pale yellow with a collapsing white head. Aroma is extremely fragrant--I get floral notes (cardamom?), fruit (melon), a hint of funk. Taste is lightly sweet, spicy (clove), a bit sour, savory and finishes dry and lightly bitter. Palate is a little thin. It’s tasty and interesting but it’s missing something.

12 oz can from The BeerHive in Pittsburgh. This is a palatable Saison that has a very pleasing mouth feel. 21st Amendment should be proud of their effort.

Can shared at Bruce’s 30th Birthday Bash - CBC Clerkenwell, London. Thanks to The Peter! Pours clearish yellow with a fine, white foam head. Herbal nose, lots of white bread and dough. Light to medium sweet flavor with more white bread, herbs, white sugar. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Clean finish, more herbs and white bread. Quite clean overall. Some grassy hop bitterness. Solid saison.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a thin bubbly ring of white around the top of the glass. You will see a bubble here and there rising from bottom to top.
Aroma: Definiate cardamom, spices like that within a bouquet of spicy Belgian yeast.
Taste: Cardamom, ginger, spicy fruity Belgian yeast. Very light hop spice.
Mouthfeel: Juicy, full bodied, modest carbonation.
Overall: I enjoyed this beer! I like the herbal saison that many brewers have been doing here in the US, and this is one of them.

Flavorful saison. Spicy and aromatic notes of white pepper, perfume and tea. Mildly sweet malt flavors of white cake and dough. Yeast esters of lemon and clove. Bold amount of bitterness.

Can from Capone’s. Pours turbid canary golden color with 1-finger white head. Nose is funky pale malt, spicy florals, limey citrus. Tastes dry, floral, and spicy, with coriander ad cardamom notes, limey citrus, and a lot of funky yeasty malt flavor. This one is complex and enjoyable.

Pours straw yellow with a white foamy head. Aroma of menthol, lemon, banana, and bubble gum. Bubble gum, lemon, and banana flavor with spice, and menthol. Creamy and well-balanced-a very nice beer.

Poured from a 12 ounce can. The nose is very spicy. Sweet malts, spicy yeast, some tannins. Overall a nice Saison.
