On tap at 21st Amendment, June 2007. Clear golden with a white head. Very slight aroma, hint of grass/grain. Flavor has light notes of graininess, herbal grassiness and a slight tinge of light caramel. Medium bodied and smooth with moderate carbonation. A solid drinkin’ beer.

Jan 20, 2008 Draugth San Fran September 2006: Golden color with a small head on top. Soft carbonation. Mostly hoppy and fruity in the nose. Also some grain detectable. Same goes for the taste. Ok - but a bit boring.

Dec 16, 2007 Draught at the brewpub. Pale golden brief head. aroma of burnt corn. Sweet and light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Creamy with notes of nuts, vanilla and irange. Low bitterness. A biy sharp in the mouth to be really refreshing.
