COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aptly named for the Brewmaster's Irish twin. A malty red-ale, served on nitrogen and dispensed on a slow faucet to impart the luck of the Irish though it's rich and creamy texture.

A lighter beer for the brewery at 5.6% ABV, this is also unusual as something red colored, lighter bodied and nitrogenated. Dim malt flavors with soft edges are present in the aroma and flavors and in the finish. Fruit flavors. An easy drinking brew.

Nice red-tinged amber with gorgeous, creamy, guiness-like head. Mild toasy, nutty malt aroma. Creamy mouthfeel, definitely nitrogenated. Pleasant mesh of grain, nuttiness and light malt w. toasted character.

Gorgeous late sunset color. Overly soft malt body with mild nitrogen induced astringency. Nutty and herbal palate that is somewhat indistinct. Clean and soft finish.
