On tap at 21st Amendment, June 2007. Dark copper bronze with a white head. Toasted malts and noble hops in the nose, very nice. Full of flavor. Strong malty/toffee backbone with crisp, herbal grassy hops and a hint of lemon. Dry finish. Perfect balance of full, drinkable smoothness along with lively, fine-beaded carbonation. I dug this one.

Amber, clear, plain with lots of cling to the head. Plain aroma, subdued. Light to moderate bitterness. A titch of something alcohol and something British--a bitter with a bit of carbonation. It didn’t do it for me. (on tap at brewpub)

Had on tap at brew pub. This was actually one of my favorites here! Poured a nice amber color. Taste of sweet malts and caramel, with a slightly bitter finish.

On tap @ 21st Amendment poured a clear copper with a small off white head. Aromas of carmel, earthiness and some light fruitiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, bread and a hint of fruitiness with a crisp lightly bitter finish.

Clean hoppy and slightly caramelized nose. Clean and soft mouthfeel with a nice hop bittereing. Soft finish.

On draught. Tasted during trip to California. Amber clear colour, with a creamy head. A lot of aroma hops. Very hoppy taste that ends up less bitter than you may espect from the taste. Big mouthful.

Draft. Clear reddish amber beer with a big off-white head. Spicey/floral/malty flavor with some earthiness. Spicey aroma thats slightly metallic (but not in a bad way). Easy to drink. Typical steam beer components.
