Off-clear orange with a lasting head. Lots of grapefruit and orange in the aroma with a toasty caramel malt edge and a floral coating to it all. Strong bitterness balancing a toasty and light caramel sweetness with a fuller body but a relatively dry finish. Solid take on celebration ale and a good winter IPA. I might even like the hop character better here.

A: The pour is a nice, clear amber color with a head that’s just slightly off-white. S: There’s a really off smell to this. Almost like body odor. There’s some decent citrus hops along with toffee, toast, grain husks, and seemingly misplaced earth and pepper aromas. T: This one has a pretty decent bitterness, which is good, and there’s a bit of an oily pine note. A lot of bready malt flavor to with some mild citrus such as grapefruit peel. M: The body is medium and so is the carbonation. D: I know I’ve said this a lot, but: another meh/bad beer from 21st Amendment. Skip this one.

Hazy gilden with a fizzy white head. Good grapefruit and pineapple aroma and taste with a nice earthy bitter bite and a smooth medium bodied palate.
