COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Color: Medium Amber This classic style has a rich malty aroma, with small hints of caramel and spice. Candied flavors slightly sweet and smooth malt balance. Hopped with Sterling and Cascade. Finings added. ABV: 6.07% IBUs: 35.5

Shaker @ the brewpub. This is an unimaginative yet flavorful amber. Has a bit of sweetness, some light residual sugars, but in general a clean brew. Hops abound as well with some bitter grass. I could drink this rather easily but I wont really want to seek it out.
