Sampled at St. Louis microfest. Pours hazy amber with a soapy beige head. The aroma had orange, coriander, wheat and honey just like is should - so far so good. Medium body that is quite watery with some subdued semi-sharp carbonation. The taste has wheat and some orange and is quite grainy and astringnet. The orange flavor is quite sour. The finish adds some spicy phenols. A fair beer at best.

Draft: Faded orange. Fairly clear. Tight white foam. Clove, coriander, floral hops, and melon aromas. Touch of meaty yeast. Soft and pillowy carbonation. Firmly minerally from the start, with a smooth and vivid wheat expression. Plasticy phenols exude and disrupt some of the brightness. Dry but dotted with juicy flowery-hop inklings, sweet honey, and muted coriander heat. Chalky dryness negates much of the sweetness, as it closes with subdued notes of banana and orange peels. Not too exciting, namely due to the overstated plasticy phenols, overly fuzzy carbonation, and sweetness. Pretty bland, too.
