On tap at the 2007 Parkville Microbrew Festival. Pours a clear reddish brown color with a thin off-white head that has little staying power. Very mild roasted chocolate aroma that musters up little enthusiasm. A watery beer by body, but palatable. The chocolate is quite strong in the flavor and that gives it some respect from me. The finish seems much more of a bitter semi-sweet chocolate than a candy milk chocolate.
