Cask at GTMW. Poured cloudy medium-brown with a nice whitish head. The aroma picked up sweet vanilla beans and milk chocolate above all else.. some black patent roast behind.. not much barrel impression yet. The flavor found tangy bourbon and black peppery spicage throughout.. milk chocolate and molasses supported.. finished tangy with vanilla over bourbon and oak. Medium-bodied and smooth through the palate.. low carbonation.. really good brew!
