COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Origin of name: based on the date of the first official written report of the existence of the brewery from 1530, when the brothers TAS and Jaroslav Černohorský of Boskovice shared the property and mentions the malt-house and the brewery. A special Moravian beer made with Moravian ingredients – Černá Hora spring water, barley from the fields of Southern Moravia, semi-early red hops from the area around Tršice.

Taste: this beer is characterized by its excellent head, golden brown color, and outstanding vigor and fullness. It is distinguished by its subtle well-balanced bitterness and slightly sweetish character.

Bottle from Pivonka, Hradec Kralove. Pours clear golden with a massive frothy white head. Aroma of straw and hay, light hoppy as well. Taste is ordinary pale malts and some crisp hops, with an addition of some light alcohols. Light body. Soft mouthfeel, rather nice beer.

0,33 l bottle, bought in a pub at Hegedűs Gyula utca 22.
Deep golden beer with a small lacing off white head. Caramel and honey, some freaky almond in the nose, light, moderated herbal hop. Medium dense body with caramel and honey again, some sourish yeast, herbal hop in the finish. I expected more.

Shoot, just when you think you found a winner - Poured with small to medium sized, cream colored head that mostly fades quickly and a little lace. Color is a clear polished brass. Aroma is sweet malt and a little hop. Flavor, except for one massive exception, is not like the usual Euro strong lager: enough hops & carbonation to balance the sweetness. The exception is in my face metallic flavor. Totally dominates all else. Body is decent and so is carbonation. Finish is like flavor and therefore a dumper.
