COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Origin of name: based on the date of the first official written report of the existence of the brewery from 1530, when the brothers TAS and Jaroslav Černohorský of Boskovice shared the property and mentions the malt-house and the brewery. A special Moravian beer made with Moravian ingredients – Černá Hora spring water, barley from the fields of Southern Moravia, semi-early red hops from the area around Tršice. Taste: this beer is characterized by its excellent head, golden brown color, and outstanding vigor and fullness. It is distinguished by its subtle well-balanced bitterness and slightly sweetish character.

Very clear, very crisp, amber. Fuddy cereal nose but loads of alcohol in the mouth. A sweet caramel finish but loads of horrid burn and numbing alcohol. Not cool. Not well judged.

In short: A too-sweet fruity strong lager completely lacking in the hops department.
How: Bottle at Velkorybnický Hastrman + Tap at Pivovarsky Klub
The look: Clear golden blonde with a small white head.
In long: This beer is just too sweet and has nothing to balance it off. Syrupy sticky body. Honeyed bread, alcohol apparent (at 6.2%!!!). Some pears, concentrate apple juice. After-taste of rotten citrus fruits. Where are the hops. After the first few sips I thought it was a very boring beer the more I drank it the more it felt in the “off” annoying territory. A unpleasant weird beer, the only thing that is not odd about this beer it its name.
