Ginger aroma and flavor. Some chewing gum in the aftertaste. I’m sorry, but I hate ginger, so it’s hard for me to rate this beer objectively.

Clear light orange color, short head. Aroma of ginger, some caramel. Spicy ginger taste. I’m not a big fan of ginger, consequently, i’m not a big fan of this beer...

(Dutch ratebeermeeting) aroma of ginger. Much ginger. yuk. Amber coloured with a thin white head. Taste is again a massive explosion of ginger. Sweet, some fruit and bitterness. Watery texture. Not too great.

Bottled (BB 12/2004)
Nut brown "oktober-märzen" colour, creamy white head. Aroma of ginger, cinnamon and other spicies. Also flavor has malts and spicies. Oily aftertaste. Interesting beer, similar to Stadin Panimo’s Witches Brew.

(Bottled) Clear amber color with very small head. Christmasy aroma with cinnamon, ginger, cloves - also seafood (clams). Very interesting, slightly sour, earthy and spicy flavor. Medium-bodied, quite carbonated palate. A very distinctive, quite pleasant brew.

Bottle. First impression is that it is a little sweet, but then it goes through an orange juice-like state and finishes off like "normal" beer on a bitter note.

Gazza (726) - Worcester, Worcestershire, ENGLAND - APR 29, 2004
An "aperitiv beer", this is very strange stuff. Dark brown and malty but with loads of herbs and spices that rather overwhelm the flavour and some of them are a bit pungent! I’m not really a fan of this unusual beer, but some people may love it! (Bottle in Pivovarský Dům)
