UPDATED: SEP 28, 2011 The colour of this beer is quite red. Blueberry scent. Tasting a little bit from my friend’s glass, I notice that it is soft and thin. Not highly carbonated at all. Maybe I’ll try a whole bottle the next time but I am not sure of it. I have many other ones to sample too just now.

Bottled. Clear copper colour, small pink head. Vague blueberry aroma. Fairly soft with light-medium body. Caramel mixes with blueberry - tastes like blueberry pie. Blueberries may be the worst berry to mix with beer, and mixing any berries with lager is usually a recipe for disaster. This works out fairly well though.

Bottled. Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is blueberries quite much lagerish and strange. Flavour is blueberries, lager and some mild grains and some mild diacetyl. Quite nice.

Bottle: A bit unclear, reddish-amber coloured, smaller white head, sticking to the glass; moderate grainy and hoppy nose with a detectable aroma of ( skunky) blueberries; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; scratchy hops with a almost artificial blueberry-touch in the finish. Why do the czech brewers spoil their great Lagers by the addition of fruits........?

(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a fluffy and slightly pinkish foamy head. Sweet and slightly dusty malty nose with artificial notes of blueberries, reminding me of German sherbet from the Eighties. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a calm carbonation. Initially malty and distinctively berry-fruity taste, trying to pair with the rising hops character but failing (almost) completely. 29.IX.10

Bottled 500ml. -Slight hazy amber coloured, medium sized off-white head that went away fast, sweet syrupy blueberry nose. Moderate sweet malty, dry blueberry and slight hoppy with bitter blueberry finish. Also too bitter and not so pleasant aftertaste.

Bottle. [thanks, Sřren]
Pours a lovely, clear red-orange with a fine, frothy, white head. Aroma has lots of blueberry juice, though quite sweet and sugary. Light malts behind it. Thin and quite watery palate. Flavour is almost non-existent. Light sugary and fruity sweetness, some dryness in the finish. A let-down.

gunnar (4862) - Sandnes, NORWAY - JUN 24, 2010
500 ml bottle, gift from Bengt Sundquist, Gřteborg. Pours clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of fresh fruity berries and even some pineapple. Taste is on the malty moderate sweet side, with a fresh fizzy mouthfeel and also a fruty fresh taste, ends with a moderate bitterness Tastes better than the average fruit beer
