label Origin of name: the production of this beer exclusively uses Moravian ingredients, Moravian hops and Moravian malt – hence (Moravské) Moravian, the beer is matured for four to five weeks in the brewery cellars – hence Sklepní (cellar), filtration is left out of the production process– hence unfiltered. Taste: beer with a pronounced bitterness and distinct yeasty flavor. The beer is left unfiltered and the yeast is not removed prior to filling whereby giving it its unmistakable taste, fragrance and appearance. There are 500 million yeast cells in a single half liter glass each of which will do you good.

0.5l bottle. Medium body for the low alcohol content, nice foam, very citric but this is good (natural). Almost filtered at first look. Very good for drink in summer.

Bottle 0,5l. Golden colour with nice white head. In aroma there is a typical herbal note from hops, typical pilsner malty note and a little sourness. It’s light, drinkable, with some pleasent hops taste, but nothing special.

Bottle 500 ml at home, poured into a big tulip glass, ABV 4% Deep golden colour on the body, slighty hazy, with a small white head sitting on top, thick, with very good retention. Light lacing left on the glass. Aroma of malts, sugar, nice notes of peaches and faint apricot. Taste of malts, grass, light fruity, floral hops. Very light bitterness on the aftertaste. medium thin body, average carbonation, very dry on the palate. Overall a very nice beer, pleasantly surprised.

500ml bottle. Pours a hazy deep straw, with a white head. Malty, buttery aroma, citrus, hops, diacetyl, quite spicy/bisquity. Dry, light to medium bodied, mid bitterness, balanced CO2. Malty, spicy taste, butterscotch, citrus, diacetyl, hops, yeast. Quite light in texture, otherwise quite alright. Finishes slightly acidic. (2014-05-29)

Vycap Richtar Jakub. Farba bledo zlata. Krasna biela a kremova pena. Vona sladova, jemne citit chmel. V chuti opat sladova, jemne diacetyl a v pozadi krasne doznievanie chmelov. Na to, ze je to vycapne pivo, tak je vyborne.

Tap at U Slovanské Lípy, Prague. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is light malt yeast. The flavour is light bitter with a weak hop bitter light malt palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Don’t come to the Czech Republic just for this. I expected much better I have to say.
