COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
label Origin of name: the production of this beer exclusively uses Moravian ingredients, Moravian hops and Moravian malt – hence (Moravské) Moravian, the beer is matured for four to five weeks in the brewery cellars – hence Sklepní (cellar), filtration is left out of the production process– hence unfiltered. Taste: beer with a pronounced bitterness and distinct yeasty flavor. The beer is left unfiltered and the yeast is not removed prior to filling whereby giving it its unmistakable taste, fragrance and appearance. There are 500 million yeast cells in a single half liter glass each of which will do you good.

Schroppfy (2350) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - APR 30, 2011
Basic fresh fields and hay aroma, mild, not strong. Pours wit ha nice head that is sustained but not fully. Flavor is bready with a moderate bitterness and little sweetness. Mouthfeel is OK, but the carbonation could have lingered a little longer. Very, very drinkable at 4%. Fresh bottle. Rerate - end of bottle is better as you get the small amount of unfilteredness. Head lingers longer, the body is softer and more complex, and the full range of bitter and sweet meld together well. A solid beer, will buy again - from Dejsk Regionale Piwa right down the street.

A - hazy gold with pretty stable head S - nice fresh malt T - very fresh and easy going malt taste with medium hoppiness. It is little watery, but it has low ABV and it is unfiltered. M - medium carbonation with low body D - very drinkable and light beer. On its low ABV it is great for summer days.

Ahhoz képest, hogy szűretlen elég szép a színe. Élesztődarabokat én nem láttam benne viszont az íze tartalmaz tisztességesen. Az illata elég sovány. A hab sajnos rövid életű. Savas, komlós és nagyon száraz utóíz.

Bottle at the Pivkan festival in Zagreb. Poured a hazy golden body with a small white head. Subdued malty nose. Light malty taste, very light bitterness. Could hardly be called interesting.

500ml bottle (Poseidon, Helsinki)
6 Very bready aroma, lots of light grains, and a little fruity too.
4 Slightly hazy ale orange, decent white head.
6- Good full sweet honey-ish malts.
3 Smooth palate, crisp carbonation.
11- A proper lager, just short of slapping an ale around the chops. Super sessionable.

Tasted on tap at „Pivo Söröző”, Bp. Moderately unclear golden coloured brew with a small white head on its top. Malty aroma of herbals/grass and cereals, flavour is fruity. Mouthfeel’s medium to thin. Overall rather an average one.

On tap at a new pub, Hegedűs Gyula utca 22., Budapest.
Poured clear-minimal opalescent with a small lacing white head. Bready malt, sourish yeast and some hop both in the aroma and flavor. Watery texture with a reasonable quality. Drinkable but not a big deal.

Utóíze is kissé fanyar, enyhén száraz, virágos. Kellemes és könnyen fogyasztható pincesör, ami igen üdítő és igen jó az ár-érték aránya. Csapolva, melegebb napokon remek szomjoltó.
