COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
label Origin of name: the production of this beer exclusively uses Moravian ingredients, Moravian hops and Moravian malt – hence (Moravské) Moravian, the beer is matured for four to five weeks in the brewery cellars – hence Sklepní (cellar), filtration is left out of the production process– hence unfiltered. Taste: beer with a pronounced bitterness and distinct yeasty flavor. The beer is left unfiltered and the yeast is not removed prior to filling whereby giving it its unmistakable taste, fragrance and appearance. There are 500 million yeast cells in a single half liter glass each of which will do you good.

Bottle. Good, malty aroma. Sweet taste without any biterness. Long, small whitehead.

Small white head, fast gone, over well-carbonated, deeper golden beer. Dry, ’herb’, nose, inviting. Dry-bitter, hints at hops and garden herbs. Warming up, some obvious maltslickness. Well-carbonated, very light, watery. It’s obviously the lightest, and it shows. Still, if you’ve worked up a thirst... Txs to Peter!

mit mondjak? öröm inni, mint minden jó cseh sört. jó sok klasszikus komló, no meg maláta is akad benne bőven. Semmi fifika, semmi tengerentúli csoda, semmi modern, egyszerűen csak jó.

Bottled and tapped. This light lager is definitely one of the best commercially available Czech beers nowadays! its purpose: kill the thirst! I drink this beer often when I go cycling. The tapped one is phenomenal! more malty than hoppy and absolutely refreshing! a great bitter finish for such a light lager. Bravo, Cerna Hora!

(Draught at U Slovanske Lipy, Prague, 19 July 2013) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with dense white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, grass and hay. Malty taste with bread, grass, a touch of toffee and a gentle grassy bitterness. Not really exciting, but quite decent.
