COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

I had a draft pint of this beer in a plastic cup along the Vltava in Prague. The beer had a somewhat cloudy straw color with a large creamy white head that had good retention and lacing. The aroma had notes of wheat and straw, along with some banana and grain. It was a very sweet beer with wheat and yeast flavors along with some fruit and banana. The body was somewhat wet with decent carbonation and a somewhat watery mouthfeel.

Butelka, 0,5, kupiona przy browarze. Kolor jasnobursztynowy, piana słabiutka. Aromat owocowy ledwie wyczuwalny. Goryczka minimalna.

Hazy golden with large white head. Aroma banana, citrus, herbs. Dominant flavor of banana with some sourness and bitterness. Not so pleasant aftertaste. Average for that style.

A non-filtered beer, with cloudy liquid, fizzy aspect, medium bitterness, soft carbonation, served from tap.

Pours a hazy golden color, topped with a medium white head, nice retention. Wheaty aroma, some bananas can be picked up as well as some spices (cloves?). Taste is sweet, wheaty but quite watery, with some spices in the finish. Very mild bitternes in the end. Drinkable, but a bit too watery.

0.5l bottle. Hazy orange body, white head, lively carbonation. The aroma is quite nice. Mostly banana but has traces of bread, toffee and medicines. The taste is not so intense. It has notes of peach, bread, cloves and a touch of spicy hops. It’s too watery for a weizen. Maybe that’s the reason why the taste doesn’t stand up to the aroma. Overall it’s OK, but I’ve had better hefeweizens in my life.
