2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 MoritzF (7756) - Bochum, GERMANY - NOV 30, 2010
(bottle) Slightly cloudy, golden colour with a diminishing frothy white head. Dusty and slightly sweet wheat-malty aroma with phenolic spicy notes and a restrained fruit-character. Sweet flavour, almost medium bodied with a flat carbonation for a Weizen. Barley- and wheat-malty taste with light notes of banana and a whiff of citrus, accompanied by clovy spices; sweet and moderately wheaty finish with mildly fruity notes. Finally likeable but not overly demanding. 03.XI.10
