Bottle. Clear brown beer with a small offwhite head. Sweet, malty, hoppy and fruity aroma. Sweet, fruity and malty flavour.

Pours deep dark with reddish tones, beige-tan top, frothy foam, spoty acceptable lacing. Aroma- sweet malt profile with huge presence of roasted malt, plus weird spicy-sweet something (maybe toasted pilsner malt), also some dark rye bread roast. In taste- dominant malt sweet backbone with toasted, roasted and bitter notes with minimal sour. Long medium dry finish, medium body, watery and a bit creamy texture.No hopping felt. Weird but in flavor I sensed something like omelety sweetness. O.A. - brew seem like Bohemian pilsener but instead of hops bitter it has roasted one

light licorice aroma,black, light brown foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, soft carbonation, nice licorice finish.

Bottle from a shop at Prague Airport. Clear amber/mahogany beer with a decent offwhite head. Malty diacetyl aroma, smoked notes, tobacco, caramel, roasted, butter, bready notes. Roasted caramel flavor, toffee, raisins, creamy, some metal notes. Sweetish roasted finish.

В целом неплохо, но мне не понрави& какой то левый привкус, я даже не могу понять, что это за вкус. А так, довльно приятны& Dunkel

Bottle. Pours clear dark brown with lasting tan head. Aroma is cocoa, caramel. Flavor is sweet, malty, roasty.

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2012 Dark copper red with medium size beige head. Lasting well. Aroma.. roasted malts, bread, a load of caramel, coffee. Sweet with bittersweet long finish Overall.. thou its bit "waterly", aroma and flavour are quite rich. Liked caramel.

Dark brown coloured and clear. Has an off-white head, medium duration. Aroma of butterscotch, not so pleasent. Flavor starts sweet, more butterscotch, medium bitter finish. Creamy texture and lively carbonation.

Very treacly aroma, caramelly and burnt. Very dark, small tight beige head. Slightly milky retronasals, caramelly and treacly. Smoothish sweet palate, crisp tingly carbonation. Sweet dark roast, quite toasty. Finish fairly burnt, and with a nice, but gentle, bitter tingle. Mostly easily drinkable, apart from it being perhaps a bit too sweet, I think this would be sickly if it got warm.

From can, so no telling color and or foam. Aroma is malty, caramel of a good dark beer. Taste is malty and bitter, no sweet overwhelming taste. Nice bitter aftertaste, lasting. (Prague 201210)
