Yup, we love hops and this IPA puts them all up in your face. Loads and Loads of Falconer’s Flight, a blend of Northwest hops was used in such a gratuitous manner heretofore not seen in these parts. ENJOY

Nice appearance. Super bitter & resinous. Bites the back of my throat every sip. Epitomizes the West Coast style, which just isn't my thing.

Great scent of malt sweetness and unique hops, like a lagunitas beer with its own twist. Dark orange, cloudy appearance. Taste is very hop forward with just enough malt to balance it. Interestingly, it is not bitter in the aftertaste, just very hoppy up front. Good palate for the style. Thick, oily, not overly carbonated. Definitely worth trying; solid DIPA.

750 ml. bottle. Pours a somewhat cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, grass, and pine. Taste is grapefruit, lemon, tropical, grass, pine, and malt. Big and bold. Well made.

Shared with Strykzone at the ITAP Brew bar in St. Louis. Amber in color with beige head. Nose is floral and citrus hops. Medium plus in body. Resinous mouth feel. Flavor is solid malt base, good tropical fruit, floral and citrus hops, and the the finish is long and bitter. An excellent beer.

Really solid IPA. Floral hops, good looks and a nice texture. Great summer pour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at GTMW 2013. Hazy amber with a large medium tan head. Aroma is vineous with floral hops and a caramel malt backer. Taste is floral and citrusy with a sweet malt backer and an aggressive bitter finish.

Pretty strong and hoppy brew here, darker pour, sweeping hop bitterness on this one.

Thin to no head. Dark copper. Very deep bitterness (centennial?). Lasting bitterness. I dont think I’ve said this before May almost too hoppy.

I have this every chance I get. A lot at Bailey’s Range. Citrus hop bomb nose. Oranges and grapefruit with some nice sweet fruit juice notes. Herbal, grassy and dank hop notes. Complex nose. Gotta love Falconer’s Flight Hops. This is a special brew. Unique and wonderful. Very intense hop notes that are well crafted. The malt bill seems to play it safe in the background with some bready grain notes and that’s about it but that is perfect because it puts these huge Falconer’s Flight Hops on display and in your face. Mmmm. This is only one of a few Falconer’s Flight Hopped beers that I can find. I use them in my Home Brewed IPA. They are an amazing blend.
