750 ml bottle poured into a tulip. Picked up a bottle at TWCP during RBSG. 5% ABV according to the label. Hazy apricot yellow/orange with around 3 fingers of off-white head. Poured with a bit of a pinkish tint. Aromas of herbs, spices, hibiscus, stone fruit. Tastes of hibiscus, slightly tart fruit, light herbs and spices, subtle salt. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Medium-low carbonation. Better than I expected.

Draft on tap at The Bridge (St Louis, MO). Pours a gentle glowing reddish pink copper hue, a good hazy body, a bit darker in the middle with frothy offwhite head, sticks around as a nice layer, laces ok. Aromas are a bit tart, florals and hibiscus elements, faint tartness with flaked wheat, bready malt and gentle earthiness. Initial is lighter end of the fold, some nice tartness, bits of flaked wheat with tart hibiscus. A touch of of coriander, gentle grass and florals with a bit of sweetness, faint spiciness, touches of orange and gentle citrus. Backend is a bit tart, touches of hibiscus, gentle lemon grass and citrus. A touch bitter with nice fruity pop, a touch of body. Nice stuff, a good run of the gambit with gentle orange fruit and peel, touches of hibiscus. Nice stuff.

Samples from the tap at the Bridge. Pours a near clear pinkish amber with a a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of earthy wheat with a light tart hibiscus underlying. Flavor has a tart hibiscus with more of a balanced wheat note and a touch of earthiness.

Taster on tap at Bridge in STL during RBSG. Mildly hazy golden orange color. Thin off-white head... Leaves good thicker lace. Awesome citrus, light spice, and floral aroma in the nose. Medium body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Light slick texture. Moderate sweet taste. Solid hibiscus wit. Nice unique twist on the style.

When smelled, this beer’s aromatic blend of a general floral scent with wheat, sweet bread malts, sour dough yeast makes you fall in love; then, the cloudy golden color and medium white head give you high hopes. The taste is mildly sour and mildly sweet, but this isn’t too bad of a flavor; it is very drinkable. Then, the medium body, soft carbonation, the slick texture, and sweet finish round it off beautifully.

Yellow-orange pour with a white head. The aroma has a ton of hibiscus notes with not too much else going on. The flavor has some hibiscus and wheat notes. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Pour is a cloudy pink grapefruit juice lookalike with a small white head. Aroma is some citrus spice with a decent amount of fresh cut flowers. Flavor is more floral with some berry fruit and finishes with a nice lemony citrus on the tongue. This beer is weird looking when first poured but it turns out to be a very tasty floral/fruity beer.
