750ml bottle. 4/16 BB date. Appearance: Cloudy pale straw yellow, with a thick white head. Aroma: Tart green apple, lactic acid is strong. Touch of lemon. Taste: Light crackery malt sweetness, lemon, with a moderately strong lactic acid tartness. A hint of brett funk shows up only retronasally after the swallow. Bitterness on the stronger side for a wild ale, likely due to low malt base. Mouthfeel: Light body and highly carbonated. Finish: Extremely dry. Touch of lemon tartness and brett funk. Overall: A very light, refreshing, easy drinking wild ale. Lactic tartness on the low side but balances well against the malt base. Apple and lemony citrus notes help add complexity.

Bomber thanks to trade with gregwilsonstl! Pours a cloudy golden yellow from the bottle with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma of funky barnyard brett, bit of lemony citrus, and almost musty fish notes. Taste is more toward the funk and the citrus, bright acidity, hints of malty sweetness. Really clean and well done, fantastic brett beer.

Bottle. Around 2 years old. Appearance is gold with fizzy white head. Aroma is bright citrus, and light funk. Taste is very clean and quenching, mild funk, with a hint of citrus. Very refreshing stuff, would be great on a hot summer day.

750 mL bottled Jan 2014, drunk 11/28/15.
Very pale, white gold, with a light haziness. Big white head shows strong retention.
Pear skin more prominent than in most. Cidery, so acetic, but with light vanilla and flowers. Lactic acid, apple skin and seems a lot like a Norman cider.
Cider, brett, pear and light lemons. Very, very attenuated. But mild, somewhat bland and borderline astringent. No sweetness, but mellow brett is enjoyable with soft, light carbonation.

650 ml bottle, thanks to ClarkVV on this bottled on Jan 2014. Mildly hazy gold color with ok head. Aroma is mild funky Brettanomyces with a mild Berry note. Sugar and mild lactic acid.

Flavor has a nice level of Brett without it getting overwhelmed by it. The base flavor has a good level of citrus. Mild Lactic notes with a very mild tart kick in the back of the taste buds. Body is medium with a proper level of carbonation. Nice
