Bottle. It poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma was of honey, citrus and florals. The taste was similar to the aroma with more honey, citrus, florals and banana. Tasty.

Tasted on tap at 2016 Wolpertinger Fest in glass German beer mug. It poured a hazy gold with white foam. 100% true-to-style German hefeweizen, and tastier than most. Crisp and grainy, bready, hint of bright acidity, great blend of banana ester, black pepper and clove phenols. Light body, strong carbonation, nice chalky mineral water mouthfeel, lingering complex aftertaste. Well-balanced, well-crafted. Very tasty, one of the best at the fest. Great name for a great beer.

750mL bottle shared by AirForceHops. Thanks, Chris! Pours golden yellow with an off white head. Aroma is honey, cracker, saaz. Flavor follows. Honey, cracker, banana, mild Saaz hop to the finish. Off balance, a little too much sweetness.

750 ml bottle thanks going to GrandaddyKC. Slight hazy yellow, plenty of carbonation providing a cap of white head. Aroma of German yeast, grain and honey. Nice

The flavor profile is huge on yeast with notes of citrus and honey. Lots of bubbles over the palate with turns the texture slightly dry. Spot on the style, clean and easy to drink. I am always happy to try another German Hefeweizen.

Pours very hazy yellow with a modest sized white head. The aroma has banana, rich wheat, mild clove and fullness of everything there. It has a medium/light body that is pretty snappy for the style and has fairly sharp carbonation. The taste starts off with drier wheat, mild caramel, cream, pepper, cloves and a touch of banana. The finish is heavier on the spices. Solid.
