Too malted barley for me, good chocolate taste and feel. Light carbonation is good for this medium body.

12 ounce bottle. Cloudy brown with a large Rocky beige head. Yeasty funk master malt nose. Flavor has notes of cocoa, toasted nuts and cardamom. Straight forward roasted malt with some spicy hops to boot. Nothing special here. Not bad, not great.

malty, nutty aroma with a little metallic funk. Flavor is smooth and bittersweet, with dark fruit, chocolate, and coffee. A little roast coffee bitterness in the finish. Pretty good.

Pours a cloudy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma and Taste is of dark malted barley and chocolate malts, yeast and light bitter notes. Palate is a medium body with soft carbonation. Finish the same as taste. Overall a very nondescript beer, just ok, nothing to see here, move along.

Fairly basic black lager, fresh from New Jersey. Beery aroma, foamy on black. Lighter mouthfeel. Passable drinkability.

Nice looking dark amber with a thin head. The aroma has a little more malt than most lagers. The flavor has some caramel and is well balanced.

Bottle. Black with a big off white head. Aroma is roast malt and toast. Taste adds light caramel note and old coffee bitterness. Light mouthfeel with strong carb. Ok.
