Bottle: cloudy light medium head. Cheesy, very sour. Dry, very sour and low bitterness. Very long and elegant. The cage had rusted and the bottle was moulds and the cork nearly rooted. The beer was surprisingly fresh.

Bottle at home on my lonesome, from an IP trade at Borefts ’13, 25/06/14. Very lightly hazed golden amber with a well appointed eggshell white head that retains well, carbonation evident. Nose is citric tinged straw, dry rot, dank woody notes, must, rotting apple core, funky dogs collar, dried out back of the cupboard lemon. Taste comprises tangy/tarte white grapes, musty orchard wood, bitter lemon rinds, funky, grandads shed - 3rd draw down the little damp patch, dank citric tinged straw, burnt grass. Medium bodied, fine massageing carbonation, dank orchard rinse in the close. Top draw Gueuze - great balance, great depth of flavour.

Bottled. Pours a hazy amber with an average, off-white head. Aroma of brett, notes, barnyard, some citrus, caramel and dried fruit. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up dry and a little tart. Medium body, watery o oilytexture and soft carb, A very nice and smooth Lambic.

Thanks Chad! Beautiful color produces tons of stubborn head and lace. Dank, dry, funky farmhouse aroma. Has depth in spades.

Layers of dank, yeasty funk dance on my palate at every sip. A touch of fruity sweetness through the middle softens the yeasty bitterness. Endless complexity here; just fantastic.

This has aged like a champ and should only improve. I do still prefer Zomer (mildly), but goddamn that's delicious.

Amber/orange pour. Nose is very floral, bright citrus, lemongrass, a touch of funk. Very bright, taste is citrus-- lemon, lemongrass, fresh blood orange. Exceptionally well balanced. Soft mouthfeel.

Thanks JCB. Slightly cloudy golden amber pour with 2 fingers of sticky tan head. Awesome aroma, very wild and acidic with lots of funk, lemongrass, and light citrus. Bracing acidity in the flavor and no bitterness at all. Wild and funky with lemongrass and horse blanket. Light round fruity notes. Light bodied and dry. Awesome.
