Thanks JCB. Slightly cloudy golden amber pour with 2 fingers of sticky tan head. Awesome aroma, very wild and acidic with lots of funk, lemongrass, and light citrus. Bracing acidity in the flavor and no bitterness at all. Wild and funky with lemongrass and horse blanket. Light round fruity notes. Light bodied and dry. Awesome.

Bottle shared with oj83. Pours with a light white head. Lots of funk and barnyard on the nose. Very refreshing and not overly sour so very much to my taste. Incredibly well balanced, fantastic overall.

Clear amber golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, bread, brett, pediococcus, barnyard, hint of smoky rubber notes. Light tart, sour flavour, gooseberries, lemon zest, citrus, hint of sweet esters. Finish wood, tart, lots of citrus, lovely brett. Lingering. I’m truly impressed, it’s such an utterly brilliant beer, very flavourful while still managing to feel light. Thanks for the bottle from the contest, Armand!
(75cL bottle shared @ home, aperitif during Christmas day)
