Bottled sample shared with oakbluff. Cloudy gold in colour with strong spritzy carbonation. Aromas are of Meyer lemon, line peel, funk, a bit of fresh cheese, and matchsticks. Flavors are of juicy lemon, minerals, wood, funk, and floral honey (although not sweet). Substantial on the palate, with the right balance of sour and tart. One of the best gueuzes Iíve tried.

Lucky to try Lente, Zomer, Herfst all side by side. Lente took the cake, then Herfst and Zomer. Pours a cloudy golden brown yellow color. Aromas are of lemon juice, light vinegar, floral honey, funk and rubber. Taste is sour but not extreme, finishes minerally and definitely the softest palate of them all. They did something correct with this blend.

Bottle at Heeren van Liedekercke. Pours dark gold with a thick beige head and a magnificent fruit aroma. There is a mellow tart fruit flavor with a huge yeast presence and a dry finish. The lacing sticks to the side of a gueuze glass until the last drop.

750 at Heeren de Liedekercke. Pours orange Amber haze with a large beige head. Aroma is tart/sour citrus. Med body at least. Begins with a wash of fruity geuzue flavor. Yeast. Mildly sour. Fruit suggest orange a bit. Earthy. Damn near to die for.

Drunk from 75cl bottle bought direct from the brewery. Fantastic. Slightly darker than the normal geuze/lambic. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

from Erzbierschof - hazy red-orange beer with a long lasting foam; woody with notes of green apples, cheesy and funky with hints of cork and redcurrant; full-bodied, creamy palate yet fairly sour; quite dry with a long lingering sourness; aftertaste of flowers, red berries and cheese - great !

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is interesting with a lot of spicy, herbal notes. Some light over ripe stone fruit notes. Light oak notes. A bit of a weird aroma, which may be oxidation? Pours a hazy, golden copper color with a small, white head that shows good retention as it recedes to the edges. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with moderately strong acidity. Nice mineral notes. Lots of herbal, earthy notes with a light spiciness. Some bitterness with light oak notes. Some moderate over ripe stone fruit notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer but I was expecting more from Lente. It hasnít aged well and is a bit oxidized. Finishes flat and has a lot of stone fruit.
