Rating nr.2500. Took out a special oneto enjoy. Bottle@ home. Quite a pop, almost rained beer but lukely only spilled a bit. Hazy darker amber coloured beer with medium carbonation and a dence medium to large off white head. Lovely fruity and sour grainy hinted aroma. Full refreshing light sprankling sour fruity palate. Finish is sour grainy with some bitter fruity touches. Sour but not tart, nicely balanced. Not bad.

Bottle shared by Greg, if I remember correctly. The packaging is very nice, which is not very important. The beer pours an opaque orange. The aroma is powerful with yeast and acid, and just from the aroma, you know this is going to satisfy any sour crazing, and it does not disappoint. Intense sour flavor, with some citrus, wild yeast, and wheat. There is a dry, earthy finish. This is an excellent beer, and fully deserving of a 5.0 rating.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden amber with dense white head. Complex earthy aromas of hay, wood & leather. Plenty of brett character coming through plus some lactic sourness. Flavour are likewise very complex with plenty of the earthiness coming through. Wine like acidity and tart finish. Great stuff
