Bottle 75 cl. Pours goldencopper in color with a foamy whitish head. Tart apples, funkiness, sour citrus fruityness, more funkiness and lemony notes in aroma. Nice. Later on also some barnyard and old cellar and leathery notes appear. Apples, fresh apples to be more exact, in taste. Also that nice lemony juicyness is present mixed with them funky barnyard notes. Light white wine grapes as well in taste. Hints of sour notes from citrus fruits in aftertaste and more of that funkiness too.

(750ml bottle) cloudy orange-gold, fine tan bubbles. Nose of moss on an old cellar floor, old books, bright citrus fruit, aged hops, wet/moldy papers. Taste of tart orange, lemon, quite tart in general on the verge of being throat Closing. Delicious but not as complex as Lente.

Bottle - White grape, white peach and a great tartness. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Big up front tartness and grape with a long tart finish. Hard to compare to the others but still good.

Bottle shared at RBWG after party. Cloudy yellow pour, two fingers of nice foamy head. Aroma, funky cheese, sour tartness, horse blanket. Taste, sour up front, lots of funk, cheese, and some nice sourness. Really solid.

750ml bottle, tasted at RBSG. Totally hazy orange amber color. Thin ring of off-white head. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Light dry, light slick in the finish,. Awesome perfect amount of musty funky character, light citrus, light spice. All very subtle and well blended with a great amount of oak. Cool moderate tart taste, light spicy. Awesome geuze.

Bottle, thanks for sharing! Pours a cloudy gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a nice sour fruit that combines with an earthy funk note. Flavor combines note of menthol, sour lemony fruits and a bit earthy funk.

Shrunken cork. Uh oh, smells ozidized - nose is ba barleywine, chocolate, green apple. Taste is tart, some citrus--grapefruit, vinegar, sherry from the oxidation. Some flashes of what I would suppose would be an excellent gueuze if it weren’t oxidized.

Bottle. Mouthwatering geuze aroma. Lemon, vinegar, peaches and apricots. A great blend, worthy of the name, the hype and the price.

At big Seth’s going away party on 11/2/2013; was an awesome day! Aroma is beautiful, gueuzey, balanced sour, with very find complexity, delightful. Taste is Orange, sour, balanced, tart, gueuze. This is a very fine beer that I would love to have more of.
