Medium body, fruity yet very dry and astringent with your typical Belgian barnyard Brett - it doesn’t really come like this anywhere in the world! A little salt and sulphur. Dry and astringent finish. Lovely! 8/3/8/4/16=3.9 180911

Bottled (from bierkompass.de). Hazy orangeish amber colour, small white head. Aroma is farmyard, mild tart and sour wood. Flavour is really sour and tart with some wood and mild sour berries. If the lente was brilliance, this lacks a bit in the aroma, but then again kicks ass in the flavour. Not a lambic for beginners.
