Hazy golden color; giant thick head; beautiful lace. Very nice nose of malt and noble wood. Pretty tart taste; malt warmth; full mouth.
A solid beer, pretty original, suitable for any meal (meat, fish, chese...). Interesting.
Definitively, the previous time I had a bad bottle...
[2002-08-10, 4-3-3-2-7] Dry nose, with something unpleasant, medicinal. Pretty sweet start and drier finish, but in the taste there's something wrong, like a veggie soup. Strange experience.

Sep 7, 2008 Hazy golden with medium white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with ripe fruits. Flavor is sweet with yeast, ripe fruits and caramel notes.

Clear light orange, filmy head. Bread and molasses in the aroma - heading towards banana bread. A bit alcoholic, but a big crisp sharp and spiky hoppiness - raw sticky whole hops. Long hoppy finish. Palate a bit fizzy. Fruity - melon, and some clove too. Hops are good certainly, and this is pretty full-bodied for a blond.
