Pours a cloudy orange, with a small white head. Smells ofsome crisp grain, subtle hops, with light citrus and lemon zest. Nothing special, but not bad. The flavor is semi-sweet, with a mild hop presence. a bit overcarbonated in my opinion, but didnt stand out too much. not huge on flavor or excitement, but fairly refreshing. Average.

Bottle. Hazy yellow golden pout with nice white head. Cereal, doughy, caramel malty aroma with hoppy and malty hints of fruit. The flavor is the same but a tad more pungent. Unbelievably good and refreshing. Medium body with fervent carbonation, but not too much. Overall: delicious and illustrates how versatile and truly appealing such an often worthless and uninteresting style (pilsener) can be. Way underrated.

Pours hazy orange / gold with a large rocky white head. The aroma is smooth with lightly toasted malt, lager maltiness, some powder and spicy hops. Medium body that is full for the style with some mild carbonation. The flavor starts a bit too sweet, but is still nice then has lots of spicy earthy hops. The finish is quite hoppy. Nice beer.

Pours hazy hay color with off white head. Bready, fruity Belgian yeast aromas. Similar taste with slight hops and pilsner flavors. Light to medium body with crisp carbonation. I really liked this beer. A good pilsner with a Belgian twist.

Fresh bottle at bbf 08. I have had bottles before that have not been so fresh, so I had been reluctant to enter ratings. This bottle was mostly fresh- Pours a nice clear golden with lively carbonation and a nice lasting white head. Aroma is a bit weak but nice and fresh- earthy spicy hops and a nice delicate light fresh biscuity pils aroma. Flavor is also moderate to light with the pilsner, mostly watered down a bit from what i expected, nice fresh floral hop kick at the end and relatively smooth. nice pilsner but not a real standout.

I love this beer. I did not have much hope for it, but I was pleasantly surprised. Aroma is fruity esters, grain, and hops. Very grainy. Taste is grainy, sweet, slight hop backbone. Very well done
