Malty nose, with some floral hops and fresh cut hay, hazy golden, a tight finger of white foam, some nice lace. Taste is a sumptuous malt, homemade bread with butter and a little bit of honey, some well placed hopping here also. Light bodied, extremely well balanced, gorgeous mouth feel, bitterness is nearly perfect. A great example! My first Pilsener from Belgium too.

Bottle from Knightly. Pours a hazy straw color with a moderately thick persistent white head. Mild grains and floral notes, a hint of funk way in the back. Taste is light, with a chalky graininess, citrus, and funk all there, but very mild overall. An interesting pils.

Bottle (330ml). Quite cloudy gold, avearge foamy lasting white head. Mild pils grassiness with more Belgian blonde sweet malt and yeast - nice. The taste veers in yet a different direction - this time I’m getting BdG yeast and sweet spice, with pils-type hopping. Light, astringent and dry, mild alcohol and a crisp finish - damned fine patio/balcony hot weather beer (not at $5/bottle, of course).

Medium gold body with a large lightly off white head. The body was fairly cloudy once I dumped in the yeast shot. The aroma is sweet canned pears with some bell pepper. There is also a little bit of a sour hint, like some lemon zest. The taste has some bright notes of lemon zest and apples. There is also a little bit of biscuit, but the lively citrus flavors are stronger. Nicely made.

Thanks to SoLan for suggesting this. Pours a light cloudy gloden with a frothy white head. Nice hoppy citrus aroma. Taste is refreshingly light malt with a hint of tangy citrus that balances it nicely. A very easy drinking beer that has a nice taste to it.

Hazy gold. Small white cap. Crisp aroma of hops and malt- grass, lemon, cereal grains. Flavor adds a subtle, bready, airy yeast. Crisp, lemony, grassy. Very dry finish. Medium body, just a bit more carbonated than balanced. Excellent pils.

Poured gold with a thick white head. Aroma was lemon, grass, hops, a bit of cereal. Flavor was surprisingly hoppy with some citrus, more cereal, grass, and earth. Finishes slighly bitter with a mild sour citrus punch. Good.
