Ungstrup (14758), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 2, 2006 An unclear light yellow beer with a huge white lazing head. The aroma is very hoppy combined with quite a lot of citrus and coriander. The flavor has notes of coriander, yeast, and hops, while the body is thin. This is a clone of a pilsener and a wit - if I blindly should guess at the style it would be wit - but it is definately more hoppy than the standard wit. Thanks MadsBerg for sharing. Papsoe (14642), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 18, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Malty aroma. Medium body with a light malt sweetness - not completely clean though. - and then a rather solid bitterness. 160207 omhper (12155), Stockholm, Sweden Jun 23, 2006 Updated: Jul 27, 2006[Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm (as Drie Fonteinen Pils, 5.5%)] Hazy pale yellow, firm head. Grassy nose with some soap. Medium dry with clean moutfeel, some nice hoppiness and decent malt character. Medium bitterness. yespr (11649), Copenhagen O, Denmark Nov 17, 2007 33 cL bottle. Weak citric aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour is citric with some malt. It seems to have a hoppiness which is citric and fruity without being superb. Clean finish. joergen (8430), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 27, 2006 Bottle.
