I love this beer. I did not have much hope for it, but I was pleasantly surprised. Aroma is fruity esters, grain, and hops. Very grainy. Taste is grainy, sweet, slight hop backbone. Very well done

This was a clean lager without any off flavors, and that is the biggest thing for me (and most geeks). In other terms there is not much to say. the problem for me was the beer lacked in hops (not the tropical fruits, but the lager hops; the noble hops). Slightly too caramelized for my taste (i like the German lager styles) over all, a lot better then i expected, but still not floating my boat.

Full draft pour at The Sovereign. Poured a mostly clear yellow color, with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma was light grassy, floral character. Flavor was citrus, floral notes. Light lemon. Pretty good for a Pilsner.

Bottle shared at an airbnb apartment in Anderlecht, march 15th 2015. Cloudy yellow body, white head. Aroma is grainy with grass. Taste is dry, bread, bitter hops, clean crisp finish. taking it for what it is, a pale lager, it aint bad, though of course in between all the delicious 3F’s beers it does get a bit boring

3oz pour at Max’s Belgian Fest 2016 pours a hazy neon yellow with some white head. Nose has malt and grass, yeast, light candy, honey. Flavor has honey, biscuit, yeast, some stone fruit. Creamy finish.

Grass bread aroma. Hazy golden body with a light half inch head. Smooth grain and bread taste with a touch of bitterness. A pleasant brew overall.

Bottle @ home. Light hazy golden pour with a frothy head. Notes of yeast, caramel, estery, grains with a fairly sweet finish.

Bottle in train from Brussels to The Hague. Dough, hops, vegetable bitterness, yeast, clay, some lemon. Bitter with smooth malty finish. Body is medium, carbo too. Quite a lot of flavor for a lager, nice frothy feel, but the finish is a bit ’unclean’. Not very sessionable.

Bottle in the train from Brussels. Very slightly hazy golden, really can’t see the head as I don’t have a glass. Light fruits up front with dried peach and lemon, light Pilsner malts and quite hoppy finish with grass, mariuana and again some citrus. Light sweet and medium bitter. Under medium bodied. Quite a nice pils.

Bottle split at the Armand Seasons mini tasting, 01/12/15. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is bready malt, light yeast, lemon rind, simple and clean. Taste comprises bready malt, light yeast, lemon drizzle, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent crisp and clean affair.
